Do you store my videos?
No. We do not keep a media archive. The file goes straight to your device.
Why did a download fail?
The post may be private, expired, or blocked by the platform. Try another public URL or a different quality.
Can I save just the sound as MP3?
Yes. After fetching a video, choose “MP3 · audio” to save only the sound.
Why are some qualities video-only?
Some posts only offer separate video or audio files. Use a combined format when you can.
